We are family owned / operated, and have been in business since 1948. Originally home builders, we built our first industrial building in 1968; and have been building, managing, and leasing to business clients ever since. The majority of our properties are located in Willoughby and Mentor, in western Lake County, within 30 minutes of downtown Cleveland.
With over sixty years experience, and now with our third generation participating in the business, we take pride in offering some of the finest and best maintained properties in the Cleveland area.
